Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return and Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective products. Returns are accepted withing 3 days of accepting the delivery.

You must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing showing the damaged product for your exchange request to be processed.
Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be entertained. Exchanged products will be delivered within 2-7 days.

2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds except in specific cases:

Product Unavailability: If the ordered product is unavailable, we will notify you and a Refund amount will be processed and credited within 5 to 7 days to reflect in your bank account.
Order or Quantity Changes Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel or modify an order before shipping, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund approval is at the discretion of our team after reviewing your request.
 

3. Non-Refundable Items
Products once shipped is not eligible for refund or exchange.
By-mistake orders confirmed and shipped cannot be returned unless approved by our team under exceptional circumstances.
 

4. Important Notes
All return or refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Gujarati Sahitya Nidhi’s review team.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed using the original payment method or bank transfer.
Ensure all product details, including quantity, are verified before confirming your order.
